Payment Terms

1. Payment must be made within 10 days of placing an order.
2. Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.
3. All final prices include applicable taxes and charges required in the customer's jurisdiction.
4. We reserve the right to correct or amend product listings, descriptions, and advertisements if they contain errors or inaccurate information.

5. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted only in the following cases:

   • The product was advertised with incorrect information.
   • The product was damaged during shipping.
   • An incorrect item was shipped.

   Refunds or exchanges will be granted only if:

   1. The buyer contacts us by email and clearly explains the issue.
   2. In the case of damage, the buyer provides photographic evidence.
   3. The item is returned in its original packaging.
   4. The buyer covers all return shipping costs.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. For international deliveries via Austrian Post or DPD, please allow approximately 7–10 business days after payment has been received.
2. For international deliveries via courier service, please allow approximately 6–8 business days after payment has been received.
3. For domestic deliveries via Austria Post, please allow approximately 5–7 business days after payment has been received.
4. For domestic deliveries via courier service, please allow approximately 5–7 business days after payment has been received.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at bowshopcontact (at) gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

If the item is eligible for return and is returned to us, Bowshop.eu will either replace the item or issue a refund using the original payment method.

The product must be returned to the Bowshop.eu warehouse within 14 calendar days of receipt.

All returned products must be in their original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging and must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and any other items originally supplied with the product.
